The crew of Matthew Cherry's The Last Fall just wrapped shooting day 9 of 15. This may be Nicole's last day on set.

She goes back to New Orleans to continue filming T.D. Jakes' On the Seventh Day.

Nicole Beharie plays Margery in A Free Man of Color

John Guare's play A Free Man of Color ran from October 2010 until January 2011 at the Lincoln Center in NYC.  I was glad to catch the play back in November and thoroughly enjoyed it. 

                                            

Nicole Beharie played Margery, the slave country wife to the half-brother of the main character, Jacques Cornet, played by the wondrous Jeffrey Wright.

I'm loving these images of Nicole on the set of Matthew Cherry's "The Last Fall." These two are ridiculously good looking.

Although I LOVE Nicole's natural/curly hair, I'm getting used to this hairdo. Lookin' pretty fly. :-)

Nicole Beharie Starring in TD Jakes' "On the Seventh Day"

Following up on this post, Nicole is simultaneously filming 2 movies this month! Now we know what the other film is...

Nicole Beharie will star alongside Blair Underwood, Sharon Leal, Pam Grier and Jacqueline Fleming in the film "On the Seventh Day." The film is directed by Neema Barnette and produced by Jeff Clanagan for Codeblack Entertainment and Nina Henderson Moore.

"My Last Day Without You" Theater Release in German-Speaking Territories This Fall

According to the film's FB page, "My Last Day Without You" will have a European festival premiere (details coming soon according to the site) and will have its theatrical release in German-speaking territories this fall as "Nie Mehr Ohne Dich" through Falcom Media Group.

I'm loving Nicole in this picture, hence the real reason for this post :-)

I don't have any information on AMERICAN distribution yet.. I'm wondering which festival the film will screen next. I will provide updates as soon as I find out.

Nicole Starring in Another Film - Schedule Conflict??

According to Nikki Love, one of the producers for The Last Fall, Nicole flew out to another location to shoot another film. While I do not know which project it is, I do know Spike Lee started filming Red Hook Summer this week in Brooklyn. Could that be it?? Although, that film is said to be low-budget, so I'm not sure they'd be paying her that much.

That's just me speculating... hmmm
